- Subscription Billing
Brivomatic operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you:
- Authorize Brivomatic to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- Are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.
- May cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Pricing Changes
We may change pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes to your current subscription rate, and given the option to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Refund Policy
- New Subscribers: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time users. If you’re not satisfied, contact us at support@brivomatic.site within 7 days of your first payment.
- Renewals and Ongoing Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for renewal charges after the 7-day window has passed. You can cancel anytime to prevent future billing.
- Exceptional Circumstances: We may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or accidental charges.
- Payment Failures
If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment up to 3 times. If payment is not successfully processed, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
- Taxes
All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.
- Security
All transactions are encrypted and transmitted securely through Stripe. Brivomatic does not store your full credit card details.
